一、適用對象
1. 一般學生：因個人作業需用V.Lab電腦作跑程式、檔案輸出等，長時間占用電腦而需離席者，可申請電腦借用。
2. 活動計畫：電腦展示需求。
注意！V.Lab教室 (R604) 出借之時段，僅開放 R612 電腦借用，點此查詢教室借用情形
二、基本規定
1. 一人限定借用一台電腦。
2. 一次借用時間上限：24小時。
3. 辦理計畫或活動，不受上述限制。
4. 借用情形衝突時，V.Lab 有最終協調與核准權。
三、借用方式
方式一：現場申請
1. 於上班時間(8:00~16:00)至土研R613提出借用申請，領取借用牌。
2. 借用牌上會清楚標示借用人與借用時間，一旦超過牌上所寫的借用時間，任何人有權利使用這台電腦。
3. 借用完畢後，請將借用牌統一放置在靠門口桌上。
4. 若要延長借用時間，請於上班時間(8:00~16:00)至613室提出延長借用時間。
5. 延長後的總借用時間不得超過24小時，若超過24小時仍須借用，請於本次借用結束後，至土研R613申請續借。
6. 無法預先申請連續借用。
7. 非上班時間，不提供借用申請。
方式二：網路申請
1. 填寫 V.Lab電腦借用申請表 ，等待審核。
2. 申請通過後，工作人員為您保留申請的電腦並放置借用牌。
3. 借用牌上會清楚標示借用人與借用時間，一旦超過牌上所寫的借用時間，任何人有權利使用這台電腦。
4. 借用完畢後，請將借用牌統一放置在靠門口桌上。
V.Lab電腦借用
We provide PC lending service for the following purposes:
1. Student: Circumstance like unstoppable long-time output / calculation / rendering, which you have to leave the room for a while.
2. Academic program or events: Using computer for display, exhibition...
If there are classes or events held in V.Lab (R604), you can apply for computers in R612 instead.

Rules:
1. One PC for each person.
2. The lending time can't be longer than 24 hrs.
3. Academic program or events are not restricted by the rules above.
4. V.Lab reserves the right of approval.
How to make a reservation:
(A) In person
Please consult staff in CERB 613 (Service hour: Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00) to get an "occupied" board.
Your name and borrowing time will be written on the board, please put it near the PC, and return it on the table next to the door.
When the borrowing time's up, any other will have access to the PC.
If the PC is not reserved, you may consult staff in CERB 613 during service hour to extend borrowing time.
(B) Online
Please fill in the application form, and wait for approval.
We will help you put the "occupied" board near the PC, and your name and borrowing time will be written on the board.
Please return the board on the table next to the door.
When the borrowing time's up, any other will have access to the PC.
