V.Lab 教室租借
注意事項
1.R604教室座位及電腦有限，借用前請評估軟體與硬體是否符合需求，不得要求增加設備。
2. 借用前請先查看 V.Lab Calendar, 確認該時段沒有被預約。
3. V.Lab 保留最終出借審核權。
4. 請遵守使用公約，嚴禁私自安裝軟體。
R604教室，僅允許下列兩種情形申請包場租借：
一、課程用途
申請資格：系上開設之必/選修課程（以臺大課程網資料為準）
申請方式：授課單位於「開學前」向系辦提出申請。
費 用：免費。
借用限制：僅出借該課程的授課時段（如：二234），請準時到場。超出授課時段，教室一律開放所有師生使用，不得異議。
軟體需求：如有軟體安裝需求，請另填寫「課程用軟體安裝表單」
二、其他學術用途
申請資格：與本系相關之研究及教學活動、會議、討論等。
申請方式：借用人提前「7個工作天以上」e-mail 至 vlab@caece.net，內容需包含借用人姓名、電話、借用時段與目的。
費 用：依規定收費，請洽系辦詢問（潘小姐，02-3366-4267）。
借用限制：先申請先審核，不得與系上課程借用時段重疊。
軟體需求：如有軟體安裝需求，請另填寫「軟體安裝申請表」
一般使用（非包場）無需預約！

R604為24小時開放，於現場仍有空位且教室未出借狀況下，本系師生皆可自由輪流使用，無需預約，且不得排除他人使用。

如需專屬保留時段，請依上方「二、其他學術用途」付費提出申請。
V.Lab room reservation
Notice:
1. Make sure if the seats, software & hardware meet your need, there's no any extra device.
2. Please check V.Lab Calendar to make sure the period hasn’t been taken by other people.
3. V.Lab reserves the right for final decision.
4. Please follow the room regulation. Do NOT install any software by yourself.
Room 604 is only available for reservation in two types:
(1) Course
Target : Required / Elective course by NTU CE (According to course.ntu.edu.tw)
Steps : Contact NTU CE office directly (Before the semester starts)
Charge : Free.
Limit : Only the lecture hours (Ex. Tue 09:10-12:10) can be reserved. Once the reservation hours ends, the room will no longer be exclusive of the lecture.
Software installation : Please fill in this form.
(2) Other academic purpose
Target : Activities, meetings, discussion related to research of NTU CE.
Steps : Send an e-mail to vlab@caece.net in at least 7 days ahead. The content should include "Your name", "Contacts", "Time interval", "Reason".
Charge : Please contact NTU CE office for detail.（Vicky, TEL: 02-3366-4267）
Limit : The application should not overlap with current reserved hours.
Software installation : Please fill in this form.
"NO need to reserve unless you're using the entire R604 exclusively"

R604 opens 24/7 to everyone in NTU CE, you may access the device as long as there are still vacancy (Except for reserved hours), and please use in turns, no one can exclude other from accessing.
